Which Claude subscription should I choose?
Want to use Claude together with EasyFlor? When you sign up, you'll see several subscriptions to choose from. Our advice is simple: choose the Team plan, start small and scale up when needed.
1. Always choose the Team plan (the business version)
Claude has subscriptions for individuals (Free, Pro and Max) and for businesses (Team and Enterprise). For your company, always choose Team, even if you're starting with just a few people. This has several advantages:
- Business data stays business. You work under one company account instead of separate personal accounts for each employee.
- Central management. One invoice, and you decide who has access. When an employee leaves, you revoke their access in one go.
- Collaboration. Colleagues can share projects and settings with each other.
- Everyone has their own limits. If one colleague uses Claude heavily, it doesn't affect the others.
2. Start small: begin with Standard seats
Within Team, you choose a "seat" (licence) for each user. There are two types:
| Standard | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Price per user/month (annual) | $20 | $100 |
| Price per user/month (monthly) | $25 | $125 |
| Usage compared to a Pro plan | approx. 1.25× | approx. 6.25× |
| Features | Everything | Everything (just more usage) |
Prices exclude VAT and are billed in US dollars.
Our advice: start with Standard seats for the minimum number of users. Use the first few weeks to get people on board. Let colleagues get used to working with Claude and EasyFlor, and see how intensively it's used.
3. Hitting limits? Only then scale up
Does a user regularly get the message that their limit has been reached? Then you have two options:
- Switch that user to a Premium seat. You can do this yourself in Claude's admin settings. Standard and Premium can be combined, so only your heavy users need Premium.
- Enable extra usage (usage credits). Users can then keep working after reaching their limit, and you pay for what's used. Set a spending cap when you do this.
So there's no need to guess in advance how much you'll need. Start with Standard and only scale up where it's really needed.
Summary
- Always choose Claude Team, never separate personal subscriptions.
- Start with Standard seats and get people on board.
- Only switch users to Premium when they hit their limits.
