Creating batches

Go to Logisitic distribution --> (Batch) Make Select the customers who form one batch Optionally enter an employee who will complete it and when this should be done (0 = first) Click apply to create the batch.

Explanation of colours

First stripe indicates whether action is needed or not. Green: Customer is ready Orange: Customer has outstanding items, but they have yet to be reported in; you cannot act yet. Red: Customer has items that need to be reported in

The second stripe indicates availability; the customer has a cancellation time of x minutes.

Green: The order is available for picking Red: The customer still has cancellation time and is actively shopping; do not process this order yet

The third stripe indicates corrections. If there is a correction, it will appear at the top of the screen:

Red: There is a correction No stripe? No correction

Changing batch order

To change the batch order (because one customer has higher priority than another), you can click on the batch. The following screen will appear:

Click on the 2 up arrows to print it out first Click on the 1 up arrow to move the batch up to the place where you want it Click on the 1 down arrow to move the batch down to the place where you want it Click on the 2 down arrows to place the batch at the very bottom Click on the delete icon to remove the batch; you will need to create it again.

Printing batches

Go to Logistics distribution → (Batch) Print Enter the employee code and click apply You will now get the orders to process.
