Pricing incoming products

In this guide we cover how to price incoming products. This must be done before distributing and selling articles on the webshop. For this we go to the "Distribution" tile.

Before we go to pricing articles, first check if the location and date are correct. If so, you can click on (General) Prices. Here is an overview of all stock, from the chosen location, that still needs to be priced. Everything where the left bar is still red has not yet been priced. Select the top article from here.

Now we are going to price this article. Enter the price at which it should appear on the webshop. If you now click on Shop at the top, or press the enter key on your keyboard, the product will be put on the webshop. Do you want it not to be put on the webshop yet, but it should go into your stock? Then click on Stock.

Repeat this until all products are green.

This is how you price incoming products and put them on the webshop.

If you want to remove products from the webshop, go to Distribution --> (General) Prices --> Choose the purchase you want to remove from the shop and now click on Reset status. The purchase has now been removed from the webshop.
