Putting products on the webshop

In this guide we explain how to permanently place products on the webshop. This can be set in the "Distribution" tile.

When you are in distribution, first check the location and date. If these are correct, click on (Distribution) Per purchase. Below the search bar there is an arrow pointing down. If you click on this, you get extra options. Click on Select and select the articles that need to be moved. Then click on Select again.

If this went well, options appear at the top right. Select the Shop button. The batches now get a completely blue left line. This means that the product is on the webshop.

Do you want the products to be removed from the webshop? Then follow the same select steps. Instead of the Shop button you get the Reset status button.

This is how you put products on the webshop.

You also have the option to put everything on the shop at once, or remove everything from the shop. You can find these options under Distribution --> (General) Prices. Click at the top on "More..." and then on Move to Shop to put everything online. THIS SKIPS PRICING THE PRODUCTS. ONLY DO THIS IF MARKUPS ARE IN EFFECT.

To remove everything from the shop again, click in the same column on Remove from Shop.

NOTE: Displaying articles depends on other settings. This guide assumes that you want to show your stock on the shop and have already set this up. If this is the wish, create a list group in the sales tile. If you can't figure this out, consult this guide for it.
