Creating orders

Introduction: What is creating an order?

Creating an order means entering in the system which products a customer wants to have. You create a digital list of what the customer orders.

Why do you need to create orders?

By putting orders in the system you can:

  • Track what each customer has ordered
  • Not forget any orders
  • See when the order needs to be ready
  • Easily prepare the right products for shipping
  • Keep an overview of all orders

How do you create an order?

Step 1: Open the orders tile

  1. Click on the "Orders" tile
  2. You now see a list of all customers (debtors)

Step 2: Choose the customer and date

  1. Select the customer for whom the order is
  2. Choose the date when the order needs to be ready
  3. Click on "Orders" at the top
  4. Then click on "+List groups"

Step 3: Choose your product overview

You have two ways to view products:

  • List groups: Products are sorted in groups
  • Lists: A simple overview of all products

You can switch between these two views at the top. Choose what you find most comfortable to work with.

Step 4: Add products to the order

  1. Find the product the customer wants
  2. Click on the product
  3. Fill in how many the customer wants (the quantity)
  4. Fill in the price
  5. Click on "Apply"
  6. The product is now in the order

Step 5: Complete the order

Repeat step 4 for each product the customer wants to order, until the entire order is complete.
