Orders - Changing date or transferring to another customer
How do you move an order or change the customer?
What can you adjust in an order?
In Easyflor you can adjust existing orders by moving them to a different date or assigning them to a different customer. This is useful when an order is accidentally on the wrong date or linked to the wrong debtor.
Why would you adjust an order?
- A customer wants to shift the delivery date
- The order is accidentally on the wrong date
- The order is linked to the wrong customer
- You have sold the order to a different customer
- You want to move multiple orders to the same date
How do you adjust an order?
Step 1: Go to orders per date
- Click on "Orders"
- Select "Per date"

Step 2: Find the correct date
- Find the date on which the order(s) you want to adjust are located
- Click on the date to view the orders for that day

Step 3: Select the customer
- Click on the customer whose order you want to adjust
- The order now opens

Step 4: Select all items
- Open the search menu (click on the arrow under "Search")
- Important with many items: First scroll all the way down so all items are loaded, otherwise only the visible items will be selected
- Double-click on "Select all"
- Click again on "Select" to confirm

Step 5: Adjust the details
Now you can make one or both of these changes:
- Change date: Select a new date for the order
- Change customer: Select a different debtor
Click "Apply" to apply the changes.

What happens after applying?
- With a date change: The complete order moves to the new date
- With a customer change: The order is transferred to the other debtor
- With both changes: The order moves to the new date and new customer
Done!
You have successfully moved an order and/or assigned it to a different customer. The order is now on the correct date and with the correct debtor.
Extra tips:
- Always check if all items are selected before applying changes
- You can also use this method to adjust multiple orders at once
- Changes are immediately visible in the orders overview
