Exporting statistics overview (CBS and IDEV)

In Easyflor it is possible to generate a statistics overview. You do this under the "Invoices" tile. Then click on (Other) CBS.

Choose here which data should be printed.

1. Select the desired administration
2. Fill in a country group if possible
3. Optionally choose a file name.
4. Select the time period of the dates where the data should come from
5. Select Extended
6. Click on CBS at the top. The Excel download now starts.
7. This is the file that may be submitted on the CBS website.

IDEV

For IDEV a CSV is also provided, which can be submitted on the IDEV website in the form intended for this purpose. It is then important that after filling in the filters you click on IDEV at the top, instead of CSV.

After logging in to the IDEV portal, you are greeted with this screen:

Click here on Meldungsabgabe, which opens the following screen:

Click here on Außenhandel - A - Intrahandel Formularmeldung. This opens the screen below. Click here on the current year. In this example, 2024. Then choose Weiter.

Check here if the data is correct. If correct, click Weiter again.

After the Weiter button you arrive at the start screen with the options on the right of what to do. Click here on Importieren.

A pop-up will appear. Click here again on the Importieren arrow pointing up, like the first button.

After this you can choose the file to be submitted. You do this by clicking on the folder icon. Are you using Apple? Then Apple Finder opens. Are you using Windows? Then Windows Explorer opens.

In this example Apple is used. Choose the file here and click Upload

After uploading the file, click on Importieren

This completes the submission.
